TEST PREPARATION
No eating, drinking, smoking, brushing teeth, or chewing gum 30 minutes before the collection.

*Additional tests ordered for the same appointment will be discounted 50%. For example, if you are ordering tests for two or more family members at the same time, those additional tests will be $99 each.
